Bronze
sculptures & paintings |
Limited Edition
Bronzes |
The sculptures here were
cast using the lost wax method, so maximum detail
could be achieved. They are cast at MB fine Arts
foundry in Clynderwen, Narberth. The limited
editions are marked discretely on the sculpture,
e.g. 1/9 (first of 9), once the editions have all
been cast the moulds are destroyed.
Good quality limited edition bronzes are collectable
and are a good investment. Naomi Bunker’s bronze
sculptures have a Neo classical style, and make a
good focal point in any house or garden. Stone
plinths can be arranged.

The scenes
from the past, depicted in relief around the figure, are
taken from local history and legend. From Welsh
mythology we have the tale of King Arthur battling the
Twrch Trwyth, the wild boarman, at the convergence ot
three streams near Garnswllt. The other scenes are of
Felindre water mill, the coal miners from Graig Merthyr
colliery, and an incident from the Rebecca riots. |
